Phoenicia Grand Hotel - Dubai

We had a nice family time exploring nearby local eateries, just a stone's throw away. Staying with our little dog was easy, as the hotel had ample space for walks. The friendly staff were always ready to lend a hand.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities available.

Whatever you need is this reasonably spacious room with double bed, A/C and free breakfast. The breakfasts is savoury and tasty with lots of food.

The location is ideal for shopping, with friendly staff, but the noise from the street made it tough to sleep. The bathroom facilities were outdated and not in great condition.

We were pleased to find compact and tidy rooms at this low-budget hotel. The staff was excellent co-operating, provided a very early check-in and a late check-out. The breakfast was savoury, had a nice stay of first night. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Al Ghurair Center. The property was set in a good area. The property was near to a subway station - you can go everywhere.

The homemade bread at Karachi Haleem and Biryani was a good find, a gem! I enjoyed the convenient access to nearby eateries like Hatim Al Tai Restaurant and Cafe De Creek, perfect for an adventurous foodie.

The room was a bit of a disaster, with a damp smell and unkempt bedding-it was like the place hadn't seen a broom in ages! You gotta find humor in the chaos.

The A/C kept the room actually cool, perfect for the Dubai heat. The bed felt comfortable, enabling me to nap despite the bustling noise from the street outside. The location offered easy access to shops and local eateries. The bathroom left much to be desired. It felt outdated, with inconsistent hot water during my use. The WiFi was disappointingly slow, hard to stay connected. While the hotel met my immediate needs, improvements in bathroom facilities and WiFi reliability could significantly enhance the experience.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend jaunt in Dubai with fantastic value. The complimentary water bottle in the room was a nice touch after my long flight. Take advantage of the nearby metro for easy access around the city.

I stayed for three nights and appreciated the comfortable bedding and reliable A/C. The proximity to Baniyas Square metro made my travels seamless. Don't miss out on the local food spots nearby. They elevate the overall experience. For a budget stay, it delivers just enough!

Comfortable room, convenient transportation, friendly staff, and a well-functioning air conditioning unit made my short stay enjoyable, especially with the close proximity to the Baniyas Metro Station for easy city exploration.
